CONCREA is the General Contractor for the HUMĀ II Project

CONCREA is proud to be the general contractor of phase II of HUMĀ, this brand new project consisting of 132 bright and urban rental condos in the Saint-Romuald area of Lévis. A ceremonial groundbreaking took place in the summer of 2022 to officially launch the project. HUMĀ II includes 132 residential rental units and several common areas including a reception hall, a coworking space, a relaxation lounge, a gym and a yoga room. Construction work is underway, and the building is expected to be delivered in the summer of 2023.
