Delivered in record time in 2019, this 10-storey complex includes a care unit section, an indoor swimming pool and spa, an underground parking lot, a community room and a dining room on the top floor, a movie theater and several other amenities. The project timetables and budgets were respected to the letter, despite a problem with site contamination.
