CONCREA is building the interior system for Cloria Beloeil, a high-end real estate project comprising 125 boutique rental apartments. This project, designed in a modern style for active residents, will feature a range of amenities and many common areas, such as a community kitchen, a lounge with a pool table, a gym, a coworking café space, conference rooms, a self-service car wash in the garage and a package delivery centre. Tenants will also enjoy outdoor common areas such as a communal terrace and community gardens, along with a BBQ area and a lounge area with a fireplace.
