The Monarc 2 project includes several residential towers. This building, aiming for LEED certification, includes 238 superior-quality condos for sale as well as several common areas, such as a swimming pool, a yoga room, a game room, a coworking space, and more. CONCREA took over this project to optimize it and deliver it on time and on budget.
