Two New Partners Appointed at CONCREA
To achieve its ambitious growth objectives, CONCREA is proud to announce the appointment of two new partners: Miguel Tanguay (Project Manager, Private) ans Étienne Pelchat (Project Manager, Interior Systems).

Recognized as a dynamic and energetic team player, Miguel has already worked for CONCREA for more than 5 years. As a project coordinator, he managed several large-scale projects, including Château Bellevue de Shawinigan and Château Bellevue St-Nicolas II. His perseverance, strength of character and drive led him to take on the project manager role over a year ago. Since then, Miguel has supervised the team of project coordinators, including teams for projects such as HUMA I and II, Cardinal Nord, Roc Pointe sur le fleuve, Capella and Solis, Le Charlie and other forthcoming projects in the private sector. With his dynamism and dedication, Miguel constantly pushes our company to uplevel our standards. He also is always on the lookout for new activities to build community within our team.
ÉTIENNE PELCHAT, Eng.
Project Manager, Interior Systems, Partner
With CONCREA for nearly 5 years now, Étienne began his career within the company as a project coordinator. His calm and composed temperament allows him to lead challenging construction projects effectively. Étienne coordinated the Belvédère sur le Lac Phase II and O’ St-François construction sites as general project coordinator and later specialized in interior systems with projects such as MU, Château Bellevue St-Nicolas II, HUMA I and MDA Roberval. Over a year ago, Étienne took over the management of our interior system division with Jean-François Guérin as superintendent. This rapidly growing branch includes most of our on-site employees and projects such as Cardinal Nord, Roc Pointe sur le fleuve, HUMA II, Le Charlie, Capella and Solis, the Lac-Mégantic fire station, the Thetford Mines ER expansion, Albédo & Mistigri, Le 1070 Cap-Rouge, and several other forthcoming projects in both private and public sectors.
