Two New Retirement Home Projects in Lévis

CONCREA is proud to be the general contractor for Capella and Solis, a brand new retirement home project as part of the UMANO development in Lévis. The project is a unique, urbanized concept for seniors where both buildings meet the highest safety standards in the industry with beautifully designed, modern accommodations. A special feature of these projects is the secure access corridor that links the two buildings. In total, 274 units will be built: 198 units for Capella (a seniors’ residence) and 76 units for Solis (rental condos for residents aged 65 years and older). Construction work is underway at the corner of boulevard Étienne-Dallaire and rue Weyman. The occupancy date for future tenants is scheduled as of July 1, 2023.
