Le Brio includes 49 rental units in Québec, in the Val-Bélair district. This wooden construction of more than 5 floors offers an elevator, interior parking as well as secure access for tenants. The high-end finishing apartments range from 3 to 5 rooms. Despite the closure of the site imposed by the government because of COVID-19, the delivery of the building took place in June 2020 thanks to an exemplary site reorganization.
