Cardinal Sud is a 6-storey building with 95 rental condos (ranging from studios to 3-bedroom units) located in Val-Bélair (Quebec City). What sets this project apart is its concrete structure, among other features, and inventory of available units, all well thought out for today’s renters. Completion is scheduled for the summer of 2024. This job, which follows the completion of Cardinal Nord (132 rental condos, ready in the fall of 2022), has become Phase 2 of this real estate project.
