Le Zénith, located in Saint-Roch, Quebec City, will comprise 3 buildings in total: Building A will include affordable units ranging from studios to 5-bedroom units, a dedicated girls’ floor and another for boys, in partnership with the CIUSSS, as well as offices for service providers onsite 24/7; Buildings B and C will also provide affordable housing. More than 108 units will be built around a magnificent green space set up for relaxation. Users of municipal facilities will have access to dedicated parking – almost 58 underground spots.
This project also includes a number of sustainable development features, including a rooftop vegetable garden, entrances to the underground parking, which features a green roof, and Novo Climat certification. Work will begin in the next few weeks and will be completed in 2025.
Le Zénith is part of the AccèsLogis Québec program, which supports combining public, community and private resources in order to build community housing and affordable housing for low- or moderate-income households and people with specific housing needs.
