Monarc 3 and 4

CONCREA is renewing its partnership with Trantor Realty, taking on the role of general contractor for Monarc Phases 3 and 4, two high-end apartment buildings in Saint-Laurent. These structures, candidates for LEED Silver certification, will comprise more than 255 rental units (183 and 72, respectively), as well a number of common areas, such as expansive lobbies, coworking spaces, conference rooms, a children’s play area, gyms, a community kitchen, a spa facility and more.
