The Novam Vitam project is part of an Office municipal d’habitation de Québec initiative intended to increase social housing in Quebec City. This 6-storey building will comprise 70 units, ranging from 1-bedroom to 5-bedroom apartments.
CONCREA was awarded this contract following a public call for tenders, because of its extensive knowledge of multiple-unit residential buildings. This is CONCREA’s second social housing project, which will boost the company’s expertise in this area.
