MASSON-ANGERS MAISON DES AÎNÉS ET ALTERNATIVE (MDAA)
The Maison des aînés et alternative (MDAA) in Gatineau’s Masson-Angers area will meet the housing needs for seniors in the Gatineau region. It will be able to accommodate 60 seniors as well as 12 people with special needs. The project is expected to be completed in Fall 2024 and to obtain LEED certification.
EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT AT THETFORD MINES HOSPITAL
The project consists of redeveloping and expanding the hospital’s emergency department over an area of 27,825 sq.ft. to solve the current site’s challenges with obsolescence and lack of space. This modernization will allow the adoption of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
PIERRE LE GARDEUR HOSPITAL EXPANSION
Designed with the objective of significantly increasing hospital capacity in the region, the expansion and redevelopment project of Pierre-Le Gardeur Hospital in Terrebonne will include the addition of over 246 beds. CONCREA brings its interior system expertise to the table. The project is expected to be completed in 2027 and to obtain LEED certification.

LE CHARLIE
This 7-storey building on Monseigneur-Plessis street in Quebec City is very close to the Place Fleur de Lys shopping center. It offers modern units and common areas, such as a gym and a lounge. The main construction challenge was the limited space available on-site; our team carefully planned all actions accordingly.

LE CARDINAL NORD
Le Cardinal Nord, a complex in Quebec City’s Val-Bélair area, includes 132 modern rental condos available as of October 1, 2022. With its high-end finishes and spacious units, this project is tailored to contemporary tenants’ needs.
HUMĀ
The HUMĀ complex with rental condos is located in Lévis, Saint-Romuald sector, near several shops and services. The 130-unit project was designed to meet the new needs that emerged with COVID-19, and the site was adapted to take into account this new reality.
CHÂTEAU BELLEVUE ST-NICOLAS II
Château Bellevue St-Nicolas II is located in the heart of a new real estate development in Lévis, on the site of the former drive-in theater. This imposing 16-storey project will offer an incredible view to the residents of this building.
CÉGEP DE THETFORD
Significant updates were made to Cégep de Thetford Mines: the performance hall was refreshed with a concrete stage, new lighting and sound system elements were installed, a loge area was developed, etc. In addition, a transformed dining area now makes it possible to welcome visitors in a more welcoming and contemporary space.
MU
The MU multi-residential project by Immostar is an intergenerational complex located on Laurier Boulevard in Quebec City. CONCREA completed the project’s interior system in compliance with WELL certification criteria and proposed several building optimization solutions.
LES LOGES PHASE 6
Phase 6 of Immostar’s Les Loges project is part of a real estate complex which will eventually include over 850 units. CONCREA put its extensive expertise to work to complete the project’s interior system and propose building optimization solutions.
CONCREA HEAD OFFICE
New administrative offices were built on 2 floors in Saint-Georges for CONCREA. Bright office spaces, two large conference rooms, a dining room and a covered patio have been designed to provide a modern and stimulating work environment for the entire office team.
COALIA
We contributed our expertise to the expansion and development of Coalia, an applied research centre in mineral technology and plastics engineering at Cégep Thetford Mines. In total, 8,075 sq. ft. were added to the Cégep building for six new specialized laboratories, an ultramodern conference room, and employee offices.
L’HARMONIE PRIMARY SCHOOL
Our team contributed to the renovation of L’Harmonie primary school. Several changes were made on the exterior, including the windows, exterior cladding and roof. On the interior, classrooms were painted and the gym was renovated.
CLASSROOM FOR PHARMACY TECHNOLOGY STUDENTS AT CÉGEP THETFORD MINES
Our team showcased its expertise in the design of a classroom intended for future students of the Pharmacy Technology program, respecting both the requirements of the client and of the healthcare sector.
LÉRY PRIMARY SCHOOL
At Léry primary school, the ventilation system was completely changed to improve ventilation and air quality, an essential condition in school environments.
O’ST-FRANÇOIS
Located on Lac Saint-François in St-Zotique, the O’St-François seniors’ residence offers its residents breathtaking lake views. The project was a great success in spite of timeline disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and challenges with construction site management due to restricted terrain.

This McDonald’s restaurant, located in St-Georges West, meets the highest standards of quality and design of the McDonald’s brand. Construction was executed quickly and efficiently so that the restaurant could begin serving its customers as soon as possible.
ATELIER DU BOIS DAVID GILBERT
Our team completed the 17,000-sq.-ft architectural wood workshop for David Gilbert. This building used Acero steel, allowing the client to benefit from top-quality materials in addition to an efficient and ultra-fast installation.

This commercial complex, which was built in record time, includes a convenience store, a Shell gas station, a car wash and two restaurants, one of which is La Poutine d’Or. The various sections were built to Shell standards and those of the respective occupants.

CHÂTEAU BELLEVUE IN THETFORD MINES
This concrete-and-steel complex features a continuum-of-care unit, as well as a convalescence section. Residents in this seven-storey building can access a number of services, including an indoor pool and spa. One factor that set this project apart was the very tight building schedule – construction was achieved on time, in July 2016.

O’SOMMET DONNACONA
The residents of O’Sommet Donnacona – located just 15 minutes away from Quebec City – enjoy an unobstructed view of the St. Lawrence River. Phase 1 of this project, comprising 117 units, was completed in 2013. Phase 2, completed in 2015, added another 85 units for a total of 197.

CHÂTEAU BAIE-COMEAU
Phase 2 of the Château Bellevue de Baie-Comeau project is now complete, and Phase 3 is currently in development. This 299-unit complex, with an unobstructed view of the Manicouagan River, was inaugurated in 2016. Château Bellevue de Baie-Comeau is a pioneering facility in the Côte Nord region, with amenities worthy of a major urban centre.
MANOIR CHAMPLAIN IN CHICOUTIMI
This impressive project in downtown Chicoutimi features an exceptional view overlooking the Fjord. As with all other M. Grégore projects, this residence is fully adapted to the needs of those who live in this magnificent region. Phase 2 was completed in 2010: 228 units, out of a total of 428, were built by M. Grégore.
MANOIR DE L’ORMIÈRE IN QUÉBEC
What makes Manoir de l’Ormière such an avant-garde complex is its geometric layout, with the full range of services skillfully organized into a shared central hub. The project – 340 units featuring a panoramic view of Quebec City – was completed in 2014.
RÉSIDENCE L’OISEAU BLEU IN SAINT-GEORGES DE BEAUCE
Résidence de l’Oiseau Bleu in Saint-Georges is a country-style concept, unique in Quebec, which includes a mall and walking paths. This project, cleverly completed in eight phases, currently includes 335 units.
CHÂTEAU SAINTE-MARIE
Château Bellevue de Sainte-Marie was built in four phases from 2005 to 2011. This avant-garde project is made up of 281 units and features a complete personalized care department. Every aspect of this development was designed to highlight the extraordinary panorama of the Chaudière valley.
MANOIR DUBERGER IN QUÉBEC
Manoir Duberger is a somewhat unique concept. An existing building was converted into a final product adapted to modern needs. Four more phases were built from 2001 to 2007, for a total of 238 units.
